PAYMENT
Payment can be made by;
a) Visa or Mastercard using PayMate Express
b) Direct bank transfer using online banking
c) Cheque to Mini Merino, PO Box 125020, St Heliers Box, Auckland
(we accept New Zealand cheques only and these should be made
payable to "Mini Merino").
ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once you have placed your order with Mini Merino, you will receive
an email within 24 hours (week days only) confirming receipt of
your order and providing you with Mini Merino's account number (for
those of you that want to pay by direct debit)
Please note that although we endeavor to have all clothing
featured on our site available for immediate dispatch, occasionally
high demand may mean that a product sells out before we can update
our site. If this is the case we will contact you to advise you of
the situation so you can look at other options.
DELIVERY
New Zealand orders
A Courier and packaging charge of $6.00 will be added to each
order delivered within New Zealand and will be sent to you via
Courier Post. This is an overnight service to most areas. Please
allow an extra day or two for rural delivery (and YES we do deliver
to PO Box addresses) We will notify you via email to confirm
payment has been received and your order has been dispatched. We
will also provide you with a tracking number for your order.
Courier Posts Trackpak system allows real-time tracking of your
parcel. This means you can check the www.courierpost.co.nz website
(or by phoning 0800 268 7437 ) at any time to get an update on
where in transit your parcel is.
Please contact us if you have any concerns regarding delivery of
your order.
International Orders
Australia:
A postage and packaging charge of $15.00 (up to 4 garments) will
be added to your order. Please contact us for orders over this
size.
Rest of World:
A postage and packaging charge of $20.00 (up to 4 garments) will
be added to your order. Please contact us for orders over this
size.
Overseas customers will be charged in NZ dollars at the exchange
rate that is current at the time of purchase. We will notify you
via email to confirm payment has been received and your order has
been dispatched. Orders are delivered to you by New Zealand Post
using International Airmail and should be with you within 14 days.
REFUNDS
Mini Merino adheres to a full refund or exchange policy should the
goods you receive not meet your requirement.
Please note: Goods must be unused and in their original
condition and returned within 14 days. Shipping and handling fees
are not refundable unless the item was damaged during shipping or
the clothing has a manufacturing fault.
COLOUR & APPEARANCE
Due to varying screen settings the colour of the Mini Merino
clothing you order may differ slightly from the colour swatches
provided.
PRIVACY
We are committed to ensuring the privacy of our visitors and
customers. Under no circumstances will any of your personal
information including email addresses be given to any third
parties.
NEW ZEALAND LAW APPLIES
All products and services on the Mini Merino site are provided in
accordance with New Zealand Law and by choosing to shop from this
